We went on a weekend vacation to San Antonio and I have to admit I did not stay on my meal plan. Mexican food twice and 1 breakfast buffet. Good times with my family. While tomorrow is day 24 I will stick to my plan thru the weekend.<br />

I am going to get on MNS C since we will head back to San Antonio next week! Sticking to my 100 push ups and 100 crunches routine! <br />

The last few days have been a little crazy but I'm staying on plan best I can.<br>
Still doing 100 pushups and 100 crunches daily. This is making a difference.<br>
Instead of a comprehensive log here are some quick hits.<br>
Ahana cooked corn on the cob and squash and zucchini in the oven on cookie sheets....it was awesome.<br>
Sunday night we ate at Blue Goose and still lost a pound today! I got tge mini tacos and Shana got 2 tostadas...and yes we ate chips.<br>
Shana really likes the salad at McDonalds. They have stepped up their salads. If you must eat fast food that's a great option.<br>
Have you tried 4 Catalyst, 3 times a day? Try it for better slimming.<br>
Craving Ice Cream on the summer challenge. Try Blue Bell Fruit bars for a reward.<br>
Gotta go do some push ups!<br>

8:15am - Breakfast meeting at Three Squares in Frisco. I had a fruit plate and 2 over medium eggs<br />

12:30pm - Lunch - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shakeve done<br />
3:00pm - 3 Catalyst, Apple, Almonds, and a Fruit Punch Spark<br />
Dinner was out at the Riders Ballpark. We tried to be good. I had a brisket plate with a tiny amount of BBQ Sauce. I had some pickle slices, potato chips, and water. I then ate some peanuts and popcorn and a small bowl of ice cream. All I drank was water but the salt intake was high. I'm not sure how this will affect my Day 11 weigh in.<br />
11pm - 3 Catalyst, 2 Probiotic Restore<br />
11:15pm - 100 crunches and 100 push ups. This daily routine of push ups is one of the hardest things I've done.<br />

Walked 3.5 miles in 1 hour.<br />
Got home and had my Fiber Drink! Won't be taking the Fiber drink again until Day 8!<br />
HINT: Always make sure you follow the fiber drink with a couple glasses of water!<br />

It is time to get my 100 Sit ups and 100 push ups done.<br />

I documented what I ate and what my workouts were like. Admittedly, I got tired of blogging all the time, so I have not done it the last time or two. But I have had a few people comment about seeing someone's food journal and I am looking forward to this challenge so I am excited to bring the journal back.<br />
<br />
A big part of this blog is the accountability. I appreciate those who read it because it keeps me honest and on target. The fact is I like to eat! It's a sport to me and I love good food! BBQ and Fried Chicken are my favorites. But the 24 Day Challenge got me to start trying other things that I refused to try for many years. Yesterday, Shana and I rediscovered the Dallas Farmers market and we got a bunch of fresh fruit and vegetables! We will go there regularly now.<br />
<br />
So for the last month and a half I have eaten everything I wanted and I have been working to build muscle. I have been taking the Muscle Gain Shakes in lieu of the meal replacement shakes. I expect that when I step on the scale Monday morning I will be up quite a few pounds from my last challenge. I have not stepped on the scale in over a month, so I do not know what to expect. I do know that I am changing the type of weight that I have. I am looking forward to eating clean, cleansing and continuing my journey.<br />

My 2013 goal is to get Lean in 2013! I am focused and ready to have a great challenge!<br />

I am not staying consistent with blogging. Last time I weighed I was down 12 pounds. I did go of diet on date night and earlier in the day. I used my 8 mile run as my excuse why I could do so.<br />

I did switch over to MNS C. It sure eliminates hunger. I have no need or desire for the snacks. But I am staying on program to keep my metabolism up.<br />

Still enjoying the 24 Minute Workouts. Training for my 1/2 Marathon is going well. I am really looking forward to it.<br />

Feeling great, I have not weighed in a couple days. I feel like I'm down 10 lbs. Need to practice a litle self control and work hard to get to 15lbs. I do not have a specific number I have to hit but I do like to set goals. I lost 15 on my first challenge a year ago and it would be awesome to reach that number again.<br />

Lunch - Rotiserrie Chicken, White Meat, Corn, and Baked Beans(Beans not quite on the plan)<br />
PM Snack - 3 Catalyst and Almonds<br />
Dinner - Rotiserrie Chicken, White Meat, Corn on the Cob, Spinach Salad<br />

Dinner - Rotisserie Chicken White Meat, Green Beans, Corn on the cob, 2 Omegaplex<br />
9:30pm: 3 Catalyst and about to do some crunches<br />

Lunch - Cowboy Chicken - 1/4 Chicken White, Campfire Veggies and Black Beans<br />
Snack - 3 Catalyst followed 15 mins later by Almonds and Peanuts<br />
Dinner - Wanted to Celebrate so we went to Blue Goose - I had the Mini Tacos with Corn Tortillas - steak and Pork only, no cheese. I did eat a few chips. I did take CarbEase right before dinner.<br />
9:30pm - Catalyst followed by 100 crunches<br />

Woke up and had 3 Catalyst, Fruit Punch Spark, and Probiotic Restore<br />
Went for a 3.5 mile run!<br />
For Breakfast I had a Vanilla Post Workout Recovery Shake and 2 Omegaplex<br />
Lunch was at 11:30 so no Snack<br />
Lunch was Shana's Chicken Tortilla Soup. It's on our recipe list and IT IS AWESOME!!!<br />
Snack was an Apple<br />
Dinner Taco Salad - with a few Chips - Turkey, Spinach, Tomatoes, Salsa<br />
9pm - 3 Catalyst<br />
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse tablets<br />
