Today I have an extra bounce in my step. I relly feel great today. I feel slimmer today and it really feels GREAT!
So today I went to the gym to workout and I wanted to change it up. So...I played basketball by myself. I ran the court making layups. Ran drills making bank shots from either side of the land working all the way to the free throw line. I worked up quite a sweat and had a lot of fun. I am definitely not ready to rain down the 3 ball but I did okay inside the arc. I look forward to practicing more and getting ready to join some games at the gym.
