12:30 pm - 3 Catalyst
12:45pm - AdvoCare meal replacement bar
3:00pm - Fruit Punch Spark, 3 Catalyst, and some almonds
6:00pm - Chicken Taco's - chicken, black beans, homemade mango salsa (Shana's creation), roasted corn, whole wheat tortillas (off plan -2)
Shana made a salad instead of tacos. She added guac and some poblano peppers
Finished 100 push ups and 100 crunches
