Got up at 4:15am and took O2 Gold and Muscle Strength
4:50am Took 3 Catalyst with Muscle Fuel/Rehydrate and Pro20
Started Arms and Shoulders P90X workout at 5am
6am - Ab Ripper Workout
6:15am - Chocolate Post Workout Recovery Shake and Joint Promotion
On the way out the door I had a CitriZinc as I am battling a cold
7:45am - Scrambled Eggs, Potatoes, and Bacon and V100 Tropical Chews
11am - Mixed Nuts
12:15pm - Spinach Salad with Chicken and Tomato Soup
3:00pm - 3 Catalyst and Mixed nuts
6pm - Grilled Chicken, corn and green beans 2 Omegaplex and Joint Promotion
Will take nighttime recovery and go to bed shortly!
