Day 23 Catch up

Well between work and vacation I fell off the Blog Trail.

We went on a weekend vacation to San Antonio and I have to admit I did not stay on my meal plan.  Mexican food twice and 1 breakfast buffet.  Good times with my family.  While tomorrow is day 24 I will stick to my plan thru the weekend.

I am going to get on MNS C since we will head back to San Antonio next week!  Sticking to my 100 push ups and 100 crunches routine!

If you are considering the 24 Day Challenge call me and I'll help you get started!

Day 15 Catch up

I have been busy and away from the computer. The last few days have been a little crazy but I'm staying on plan best I can.
Still doing 100 pushups and 100 crunches daily. This is making a difference.
Instead of a comprehensive log here are some quick hits.
Ahana cooked corn on the cob and squash and zucchini in the oven on cookie sheets....it was awesome.
Sunday night we ate at Blue Goose and still lost a pound today! I got tge mini tacos and Shana got 2 tostadas...and yes we ate chips.
Shana really likes the salad at McDonalds. They have stepped up their salads. If you must eat fast food that's a great option.
Have you tried 4 Catalyst, 3 times a day? Try it for better slimming.
Craving Ice Cream on the summer challenge. Try Blue Bell Fruit bars for a reward.
Gotta go do some push ups!

Let's Do THIS!!!!

The  first 4 times I did the 24 Day Challenge I blogged my way through the challenge.  I documented what I ate and what my workouts were like.  Admittedly, I got tired of blogging all the time, so I have not done it the last time or two.  But I have had a few people comment about seeing someone's food journal and I am looking forward to this challenge so I am excited to bring the journal back.

A big part of this blog is the accountability.  I appreciate those who read it because it keeps me honest and on target.  The fact is I like to eat!  It's a sport to me and I love good food!  BBQ and Fried Chicken are my favorites.  But the 24 Day Challenge got me to start trying other things that I refused to try for many years.  Yesterday, Shana and I rediscovered the Dallas Farmers market and we got a bunch of fresh fruit and vegetables! We will go there regularly now.

So for the last month and a half I have eaten everything I wanted and I have been working to build muscle.  I have been taking the Muscle Gain Shakes in lieu of the meal replacement shakes.  I expect that when I step on the scale Monday morning I will be up quite a few pounds from my last challenge.  I have not stepped on the scale in over a month, so I do not know what to expect.  I do know that I am changing the type of weight that I have.  I am looking forward to eating clean, cleansing and continuing my journey.

My 2013 goal is to get Lean in 2013!  I am focused and ready to have a great challenge!

Days 17-22

Where does time go?  I am not staying consistent with blogging.  Last time I weighed I was down 12 pounds.  I did go of diet on date night and earlier in the day.  I used my 8 mile run as my excuse why I could do so.

I did switch over to MNS C.  It sure eliminates hunger.  I have no need or desire for the snacks.  But I am staying on program to keep my metabolism up.

Still enjoying the 24 Minute Workouts.  Training for my 1/2 Marathon is going well.  I am really looking forward to it.

I am pumped about the great results I am hearing for the 20+ people we have on the 24 Day Challenge Right now.  Stay tuned as I plan to share success stories over the next week.  If you are ready to take your challenge call me.  469.446.5131

Thanks,

John

Day 15 and 16 Log

Been away from the blog.

Ran 3 miles on Tuesday!  Getting back to running on Tuesdays and Thursdays and adding a long run on Saturdays.

Today I did not have time to do my workout.  Busy day and I slept too late.

Feeling great, I have not weighed in a couple days.  I feel like I'm down 10 lbs.  Need to practice a litle self control and work hard to get to 15lbs.  I do not have a specific number I have to hit but I do like to set goals.  I lost 15 on my first challenge a year ago and it would be awesome to reach that number again.

Hard Work, Dedication!  Living Healthy!

Update Day 12 - 14 What is MNS?

Quick update:  I was away from the Computer most of Friday-Sunday!  That is a good thing!  Work all day Friday and then alot of Family time and outdoor time this weekend.  I did venture off the diet twice, ok three times but I made up for it with a 7.6 mile run on Saturday!

Instead of a food and routine log I would like to explain the MAX PHASE! AKA The WOW Phase!
The Main Component is the Metabollic Nutrition System.  There are 4 packs of vitamins that make up the MNS.  I take one 30 mins before breakfast, 2 with Breakfast and 1 30 mins before lunch.  It comes in 3 varieties.

MNS 3 - A Comprehensive Weight Loss System - Overall Wellness
MNS 3 is where we start most people and then fit according to each person's needs.

MNS C - Core Nutrition with Appetite Control
MNS C is great if you constantly want to snack.  Great Appetite Suppresant!

MNS E - Core Nutrition with Energy
MNS E provides the extra boost of Energy for those that need it!

The MNS is the Core products we need in addition to the food we eat.  This is what we do in days 11-24 of the 24 Day Challenge and beyond Day 25!  This is the gas in the car, it is the fuel!  The Herbal Cleanse prepares the body to fully maximize the absorption into our systems.  With this box, one can eliminate the multiple bottles of vitamins on your counter.  Each supplement is keylated to balance the proper nutrients for optimal results.

If you want more info on AdvoCare's Metabollic Nutrition System message me and I will get you additional details!  I have alot more info but wanted to keep it short and sweet!
