Update Day 12 - 14 What is MNS?

Quick update:  I was away from the Computer most of Friday-Sunday!  That is a good thing!  Work all day Friday and then alot of Family time and outdoor time this weekend.  I did venture off the diet twice, ok three times but I made up for it with a 7.6 mile run on Saturday!

Instead of a food and routine log I would like to explain the MAX PHASE! AKA The WOW Phase!
The Main Component is the Metabollic Nutrition System.  There are 4 packs of vitamins that make up the MNS.  I take one 30 mins before breakfast, 2 with Breakfast and 1 30 mins before lunch.  It comes in 3 varieties.
