- Woke up and took the Yellow MNS Packet, 3 Catalyst and Thermoplus. Instead of a Spark I had a SLIM.
- Breakfast - Chocolate MRS and 2 White MNS packets.
- Snack - Cherry Spark and 30 minutes later I had a V8 fusion
- Lunch - Went to Subway and had a Cheesy Chicken Chipotle on flatbread with pickles and light mayo, apples and water...I had the footlong
- Snack - Slim
- Dinner - 2 Rice Cakes with Natural Peanut Butter and a few nuts, water
2 More Days. Need to bring it home strong! And then I start the next phase. Plan is to try the MNS E system and continue on the Meal Replacement Shakes, Spark, Thermoplus, and Catalyst. Headed towards losing 50 lbs!
