Breakfast - Berry MRS
Snack - 2 scrambled eggs, Water
Lunch - Chocolate MRS and a few nuts
Snack - Fruit Punch Spark, Water, Rice Cake with Natural Peanut Butter, I had 2
Dinner - Went to Outback Steakhouse! Had 6 oz Sirloin, Grilled Shrimp, Broccoli, and Green Beans, Water. 3 Catalyst and 2 Omegaplex. Passed up the bread that the waiter brought us.
Bedtime - Water and Herbal Cleanse Tablets
