Had a Rehydrate after my Run and first MNS Packet
Breakfast Chocolate MRS and 2 MNS Packets
AM Snack - Fruit Punch Spark
Lunch - Italian Chicken and Fresh Green Beans
PM Snack - Citrus Spark
Dinner - Puller Pork Sandwich on Whole Wheat Bun, Fruit Salad, Ranch Beans
