Woke up and has a Mandarin Orange Spark, Probiotic Restore, and 3 Catalyst
30 minutes later - Peaches n Cream Fiber Drink
Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
Couple hours later I took 2 O2 Gold and 3 Catalyst - Followed that with a 3 mile run!
After run had a snack - 1 hard boiled egg and a banana
Lunch - 2 Rice Cakes with natural peanut butter
PM Snack - Fruit Punch Spark, 3 Catalyst followed by mixed nuts
Dinner - Italian Chicken, Spinach Salad, and Fresh Green Beans
ANother great day. Enjoyed my 3 mile run. Planning to run 3 more miles tomorrow.
