Got up early and had a Fruit Punch Spark and 3 Catalyst
Worked out with Wii Fit Plus
Had the Peaches n Cream Fiber Drink
Breakfast - Chocolate MRS and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Banana and Water
Lunch - Spinach Sweet Crisp Salad at Corner Bakery - A little off the diet, the dressing, but IT'S A SALAD
PM Snack - Cherry Spark followed 45 mins later by mixed nuts
Dinner - Steak, Grilled Squash and Zucchini, Green Beans, and mixed fruit. 2 Omegaplex
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets
