Woke up a 5:15am, had a Spark, Probiotic Restore and 3 Catalyst
Ran 3 miles in just over 31 minutes with friends in the neighborhood
Had the Peaches n Cream Fiber Drink and some water
For Breakfast I had the Berry MRS and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Banana
Lunch - Pulled Pork, Whole Grain Wild Rice, and Steamed Vegetables
PM Snack - Citrus Spark and 3 Catalyst followed by Almonds
Dinner - Italian Chicken and Fresh Green Beans and 2 Omegaplex
