Day 6 - Saturday

So the day started late as I slept in until 9:15am!
Woke up and had 3 Catalyst, Fruit Punch Spark, and Probiotic Restore
Went for a 3.5 mile run!
For Breakfast I had a Vanilla Post Workout Recovery Shake and 2 Omegaplex
Lunch was at 11:30 so no Snack
Lunch was Shana's Chicken Tortilla Soup.  It's on our recipe list and IT IS AWESOME!!!
Snack was an Apple
Dinner Taco Salad - with a few Chips - Turkey, Spinach, Tomatoes, Salsa
9pm - 3 Catalyst
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse tablets

The cool thing about the challenge is that while not every day is the same I can easily adapt to each day!  And yes the chips were off diet.  But I ran 3.5 miles so I felt like it was okay.  Feeling great, Losing Weight!
