Loving being down 6 lbs since Monday!
Woke up and had a Spark, 3 Catalyst, and Probiotic Restore
Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
Snack - Almonds
Lunch - Cowboy Chicken - 1/4 Chicken White, Campfire Veggies and Black Beans
Snack - 3 Catalyst followed 15 mins later by Almonds and Peanuts
Dinner - Wanted to Celebrate so we went to Blue Goose - I had the Mini Tacos with Corn Tortillas - steak and Pork only, no cheese. I did eat a few chips. I did take CarbEase right before dinner.
9:30pm - Catalyst followed by 100 crunches
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets
