Lunch - Spinach Sweet Crisp with Grilled Chicken at Corner Bakery minus the onions, cheese and a little bit of the dressing. No Bread!
PM Snack - 3 Catalyst, Almonds
Dinner - Rotisserie Chicken White Meat, Green Beans, Corn on the cob, 2 Omegaplex
9:30pm: 3 Catalyst and about to do some crunches
