Day 1 Log

Woke up at 5:00am and had 3 Catalyst and my SparkHydrate - Fruit Punch Spark and Fruit Punch Rehydrate.

Great Bootcamp with my neighbors!  We ran a mile, had an ab party and did a strong series of exercises, jumping jacks, speed squats, pushups, burpees....

Started the morning with the Citrus Fiber Drink!  We figured it out.  Drink it with 4-5ozs of water like a shot and chase with a couple glasses of water!

Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake - 2 Omegaplex

Mid Morning Snack - Peanuts and Grapes - Water and more water!

Lunch - Crazy day on the run so to save money I had a Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake.

Mid-Afternoon Snack - 3 Catalyst followed by Mango Strawberry Spark and a bag of Peanuts

Dinner - Shana made her Italian Chicken - Love this recipe.  Message us if you want it.
              Frozen Green Beans
              Water
              Banana
              2 Omegaplex

Before Bedtime - herbal cleanse tablets

Great Day One!  The cleanse was needed.  The last few weeks I have been quite liberal with my eating choices.  Off to Day 2!!!!
