Day 5 Log

Well I stepped on the scale this morning and I am down 5lbs thru 5 days!
Woke up and had a SparkHydrate and 3 Catalyst
Boot Camp!
Probiotic Restore
Breakfast - Chocolate Mocha Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Dried Pineapple and Almonds
Lunch - Chicken Nuggets from Wendy's - not the best choice but cheap and on the run
PM Snack - Mango Strawberry Spark, 3 Catalyst followed by Dried Pineapple and Almonds
Dinner - Mini Mexican Tacos at Blue Goose.  Pork Chicken and Steak on Mini Corn Tortillas.  I did eat a few chips but very few in comparison to a normal trip to Blue Goose.
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets and Nighttime Recovery
