Woke up and had a SparkHydrate, took 3 Catalyst and Probiotic Restore
Went for a 5 mile run. Had a Rehydrate Gel after running.
7:00am - Peaches n Cream Fiber Drink followed by water
7:30am - Chocolate Mocha Meal Replacement Shake
AM Snack - Banana
Lunch - Chipotle Bowl - Chicken, Black Beans, and a half a spoon of brown rice - the rice is off diet
PM Snack - Citrus Spark, 3 Catalyst, and some peanuts
Dinner - Crock Pot Chicken Tacos, Corn Tortillas- off the diet again...oops
Soccer Practice - then I got hungry so I had a rice cake with peanut butter
It was a great day. Lunch and dinner were very similar but it was good both times.
