Attended a Men's Bible Study in this morning with my friend Bill Senkel. It was a great start to the morning! I did miss my boot camp peeps!
Woke up and has my Spark, 3 Catalyst, and Probiotic Restore
Breakfast - I had Scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes and 3 slices of bacon
AM Snack - Banana
Lunch - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
PM Snack - Fruit Punch Spark, 3 Catalyst, Almonds
Dinner - Crock Pot BBQ Chicken, Green Beans, Spinach Salad 2 Omegaplex
Ready to stat the WOW phase tomorrow! I'll be using MNS C to reduce cravings this time.
