Mid Afternoon Snack - Citrus Spark and 3 Catalyst - 30 mins later - Clementine Orange and Peanuts
Dinner - Italian Chicken with Tomatoes, Green Beans, Mixed Fruit - Strawberries, Grapes, Bananas
