Day 18 log

Started the day with a 3.07 mile run at a 8:16 per mile pace.
Prior to the run I had 3 Catalyst and I mixed crushed O2 Gold in my Spark.
After the run I had a PRO 20
7:00am - MNS C Packet
7:30am - Orange Cream Meal Replacement Shake and 2 MNS C Packets
9:30am - Banana
11:30am - MNS C Packet
12:00pm - Lean Brisket, Green Beans, Corn - 1 roll - tiniest roll I've ever seen at Spring Creek BBQ
2:30pm - 3 Catalyst, Fruit Punch Spark and some almonds
5:00pm - Melt in Your Mouth Chicken - Shana found on Pinterest - Baked Chicken, Greek Yogurt, Garlic and Parmesean Cheese, Green Beans and corn
Before Bed I will take Nighttime Recovery
