Day 4 - Refuel Day
Day 4 - Weighed in at 204.8 lbs
Woke up and had a Spark and 3 Catalyst
Failed to workout this morning.
MNS E Red Packet 30 mins before Breakfast
Breakfast - Berry Meal Replacement Shake and 2 MNS E White Packets
9:30am - A few Almonds and an Apple
12:00pm - MNS E Red Packet
12:30 pm - Lunch @Chipotle - Burrito Bowl - Chicken, Black Beans, and Brown Rice
3:00pm - Chocolate Muscle Gain Shake and a Banana
5:15pm - Grilled Chicken in a Homemade Marinade by Shana. It was awesome. Also hadblack Beans and Red and Yellow Peppers
6:30pm - Fruit Punch Spark
7:00pm - Softball game #1 - Had a Rehydrate after the game....joined the team at Buffalo Wild Wings in between games and only drank water. The wings smelled good but they are iny compared to Sauced.
9:30pm - 3 Catalyst
10:pm - Softball Game #2
Needed a better workout but subbing in at the softball game was fun. Gotta get some sleep!
