Lean in 13 - Report

Well the second week of Lean in 13 was crazy for me.  I did not stick to the diet and my workouts were inconsistent.  BUT the Products and Routine are GREAT.  I like the Muscle Gain Shake.

The takeaway for me is this:  We have a routine for everyone!  The Lean in 13 is likely best suited for the athlete or the person that is looking to trim up and tone but does not need to lose a bunch of weight.  I was pleasantly surprised how I responded to the routine.  I lost 5 lbs in the first week and at the end I feel slimmer and I have a ton of energy.  I am now down 42 lbs!
