Days 17-22

Where does time go?  I am not staying consistent with blogging.  Last time I weighed I was down 12 pounds.  I did go of diet on date night and earlier in the day.  I used my 8 mile run as my excuse why I could do so.

I did switch over to MNS C.  It sure eliminates hunger.  I have no need or desire for the snacks.  But I am staying on program to keep my metabolism up.

Still enjoying the 24 Minute Workouts.  Training for my 1/2 Marathon is going well.  I am really looking forward to it.

Day 15 and 16 Log

Been away from the blog.

Ran 3 miles on Tuesday!  Getting back to running on Tuesdays and Thursdays and adding a long run on Saturdays.

Today I did not have time to do my workout.  Busy day and I slept too late.

Feeling great, I have not weighed in a couple days.  I feel like I'm down 10 lbs.  Need to practice a litle self control and work hard to get to 15lbs.  I do not have a specific number I have to hit but I do like to set goals.  I lost 15 on my first challenge a year ago and it would be awesome to reach that number again.

Hard Work, Dedication!  Living Healthy!

Update Day 12 - 14 What is MNS?

Quick update:  I was away from the Computer most of Friday-Sunday!  That is a good thing!  Work all day Friday and then alot of Family time and outdoor time this weekend.  I did venture off the diet twice, ok three times but I made up for it with a 7.6 mile run on Saturday!

Instead of a food and routine log I would like to explain the MAX PHASE! AKA The WOW Phase!

Dinner - Spaghetti and Tomato Sauce, 2 Omegaplex
3 Catalyst before bed

Day 10 - Last Day of Cleanse

Started the morning with a Mandarin Orange Spark, 3 Catalyst, and Probiotic Restore
Sculpt 1 workout
Fiber Drink and Water
Went to Bible Study and Had Scrambled Eggs and 1 piece of Bacon, 2 Omegaplex and 3 Immunoguard
AM Snack - Banana and Cutie Orange
Lunch - Smoked Chicken, White Meat, Corn on the Cob, Green Beans
PM Snack - Fruit Punch Spark, 3 Catalyst, Almonds
Dinner - Spaghetti(Off plan) and Spinach Salad

Will weigh in tomorrow.  Hearing great results from our team!

Day 9 - OOPS!

Well today started with an excited 6yr old screaming about SNOW!!  Then Moomy and Daddy joined Ethan in watching his favorite Show Wild Krats!  Great Morning.  I passed on the Core Stretch Workout.

Had a Hot Spark, Probiotic Restore, and 3 Catalyst
I forgot to take the Fiber Drink but I did not realize it until 3:30pm today!
Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Banana
Lunch - Rotiserrie Chicken, White Meat, Corn, and Baked Beans(Beans not quite on the plan)
PM Snack - 3 Catalyst and Almonds
Dinner - Rotiserrie Chicken, White Meat, Corn on the Cob, Spinach Salad
3 Catalyst - Crunches and Planks

Can You 24: Melt 1 Workout! Followed by 100 crunches!

Breakfast: Berry Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Banana and Cutie Orange
Lunch - Spinach Sweet Crisp with Grilled Chicken at Corner Bakery minus the onions, cheese and a little bit of the dressing.  No Bread!
PM Snack - 3 Catalyst, Almonds
Dinner - Rotisserie Chicken White Meat, Green Beans, Corn on the cob, 2 Omegaplex
9:30pm: 3 Catalyst and about to do some crunches
Trying to develop some ABS!

Day 7 - Sunday

Loving being down 6 lbs since Monday!

Woke up and had a Spark, 3 Catalyst, and Probiotic Restore
Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
Snack - Almonds
Lunch - Cowboy Chicken - 1/4 Chicken White, Campfire Veggies and Black Beans
Snack - 3 Catalyst followed 15 mins later by Almonds and Peanuts
Dinner - Wanted to Celebrate so we went to Blue Goose - I had the Mini Tacos with Corn Tortillas - steak and Pork only, no cheese.  I did eat a few chips.  I did take CarbEase right before dinner.
9:30pm - Catalyst followed by 100 crunches
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Day 6 - Saturday

So the day started late as I slept in until 9:15am!
Woke up and had 3 Catalyst, Fruit Punch Spark, and Probiotic Restore
Went for a 3.5 mile run!
For Breakfast I had a Vanilla Post Workout Recovery Shake and 2 Omegaplex
Lunch was at 11:30 so no Snack
Lunch was Shana's Chicken Tortilla Soup.  It's on our recipe list and IT IS AWESOME!!!
Snack was an Apple
Dinner Taco Salad - with a few Chips - Turkey, Spinach, Tomatoes, Salsa
9pm - 3 Catalyst
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse tablets

The cool thing about the challenge is that while not every day is the same I can easily adapt to each day!  And yes the chips were off diet.  But I ran 3.5 miles so I felt like it was okay.  Feeling great, Losing Weight!

Day 5 - Things don't always go as planned

Started the Day with a Spark, 3 Catalyst and Probiotic Restore
Did the Shred 1 Workout on the Can You 24 DVD
Had a Berry Meal Replacement Shake, man it was good.  2 Omegaplex and 3 ImmunoGuard
AM Snack - 2 Mandarin Oranges
Lunch - Well this is where my day got out of whack.  I had a lunch meeting scheduled at 12:30.  We were supposed to bring our lunch but I was on the phone all the way to my meeting and so I was unable to stop.  I ended up eating at 2pm.  I stopped at Chipotle and had a burrito bowl with Chicken, Black Beans and Brown Rice.
4pm - Fruit Punch Spark.  Spark mixes best in room temperature water.
6pm - 6oz Sirloin and Grilled Shrimp withGrilled Aspagagus at Outback Steakhouse
Post Dinner - A few Sweet and Salty Nuts and 1 Chocolate Macadamia Nut.
10:30pm - 3 Catalyst
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Day 4 - Feeling Great

Woke up at 5am and took my 3 Catalyst and Mango Strawberry Spark and Probiotic Restore
Another great 3 mile Run!
Got home, cooled down, Read the Bible, and got ready
No Fiber Drink today!
Had a Berry Meal Replacement Shake(first time in a long time, sure was good) and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Banana
Lunch - On the Run again.  Chik-Fil-A Grilled Nuggets and Fruit Cup
Stopped by the office to pick up orders from last night mixer and had a free Spark.  One of the perks for picking up product at Will Call is the Free flowing Spark!
PM Snack - 3 Catalyst followed by some Peanuts
Dinner - Turkey Tacos no shell - Turkey, Black Beans, and a little Salsa...I did have 1 corn tortilla
              2 Omegaplex
7:30pm - Can You 24 Core Stretch Workout
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets
Getting back to running has been good.  The tops of my legs are sore but thats what I get for not running for 6 weeks.

Day 3 Log

So I have been following up with friends that started the Challenge last week and I am hearing friends that have lost 5, 6, and 8 lbs in the first 4 days!  Another said they were sleeping better.  So I decided to step on the scale after 2 days....I am already down 5 lbs!  I am going to work to make this the best challenge yet.

Woke up and had 3 Catalyst and a Fruit Punch Spark
Did Core Sculpt Workout on the Can You 24 DVD
Fiber Drink followed by Water
Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Mixed Nuts
Lunch - Chik-Fil-A Grilled Nuggets and a fruit Cup, Water
PM Snack - Spark, 3 Catalyst and 15 minute later more Mixed Nuts
Dinner - Due to busy schedule we met for dinner at Baker Bros Deli.  I'm not a big fan of their salads so I got a Grilled Chicken Wrap on the Spinach Tortilla with rice.  I didn't have the Cheese or Bar-b-q Sauce
I did not have my Omegaplex with me.
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Had a great time sharing the challenge with friends tonight!  Looking forward to seeing more people join us as we get Lean in 13!

Woke up at 4:50am and had a Fruit Punch Spark, 3 Catalyst, and 1 Thermoplus
Ran 3 miles in 27:28 with neighbor.  First Run in 6 Weeks!
Can you 24 Stretch Workout.
Fiber Drink
30 mins later - Orange Cream Shake and 2 Omegaplex
9:30am - Snack - Mandarin Orange and Almonds
Lunch - Grilled Tilapia, veggies, a little brown rice - Did not eat a single tortilla chip that was at the table!
2:30pm - 3 Catalyst, Spark 15 minutes later Mandarin Orange and Almonds
Dinner - Pork Chops, Carrotts, Zucchini - followed by a few Sweet and Salty nuts...Cheat
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Day 1 - Fired Up and Ready to GO!!!

So I weighed in this morning....This last week was brutal as I ate alot of junk.  I probably gained 5 lbs just the past weekend.  So I start this Journey at 202 lbs.  My starting measurements are below for those that care. Below is today's routine.

Woke up at 6:30am
Started with a Fruit Punch Spark and 3 Catalyst
Read Bible and devotion
Completed Melt 1 on the Can You 24 Workout DVD
Added 30 crunches
Time for my Fiber Drink
Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
AM Snack - Almonds
Lunch - Lean Beef, Spinach Salad, Organic Tomatoes, Apple
2:30 Mango Strawberry Spark and 3 Catalyst
2:45pm - Almonda
Dinner - Pork Chops, Carrots, Zucchini  Oops I forgot my Omegaplex...I think...
Bedtime - 3 Catalyst and Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Great day!  Drinking plenty of water.  If you need a small snack this evening choose nuts or fruit.  Water is the BEST choice!  Just put in my Transformation Challenge submittal.

By the way, Shana was sick for the last week and did not eat much.  She is doing the eating, Catalyst and Shakes, but with what she just went thru we decided she might wait and do the cleanse in a week or two.  Do what works for you!  Set yourself up for Success!  Stick to the Plan!
