Day 23 Catch up

Well between work and vacation I fell off the Blog Trail.

We went on a weekend vacation to San Antonio and I have to admit I did not stay on my meal plan.  Mexican food twice and 1 breakfast buffet.  Good times with my family.  While tomorrow is day 24 I will stick to my plan thru the weekend.

I am going to get on MNS C since we will head back to San Antonio next week!  Sticking to my 100 push ups and 100 crunches routine!

If you are considering the 24 Day Challenge call me and I'll help you get started!

Day 15 Catch up

I have been busy and away from the computer. The last few days have been a little crazy but I'm staying on plan best I can.
Still doing 100 pushups and 100 crunches daily. This is making a difference.
Instead of a comprehensive log here are some quick hits.
Ahana cooked corn on the cob and squash and zucchini in the oven on cookie sheets....it was awesome.
Sunday night we ate at Blue Goose and still lost a pound today! I got tge mini tacos and Shana got 2 tostadas...and yes we ate chips.
Shana really likes the salad at McDonalds. They have stepped up their salads. If you must eat fast food that's a great option.
Have you tried 4 Catalyst, 3 times a day? Try it for better slimming.
Craving Ice Cream on the summer challenge. Try Blue Bell Fruit bars for a reward.
Gotta go do some push ups!

Omega 3 Fish Oil causes Prostate Cancer Study Debunked

I heard about this study and found it to be suspicious.  Here is a segment worth listening to from the Michael Savage Show.  The Dr on this interview and Mr. Savage know what they are talking about.
