Day 1 Log

We learned something today!  For those of you that object to the Citrus Fiber Drink, you MUST try the Peaches n Cream Fiber Drink.  It tasted great and we will be putting this in every challenge we do from now on.
Woke up and had a Spark and 3 Catalyst
Did Free Step for 30 minutes on Wii Fit Plus
Had the Peaches n Cream Fiber Drink followed by a glass of water
30 mins later I had a Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
Mid Morning Snack - Banana and mixed nuts
Lunch - Stopped at Market Street and made a Spinach Salad with Cherry Tomatoes, Oranges, Egg, Grilled Chicken, Boiled Egg and Oil and Vinegar.  See pic.

Fruit Punch Spark
PM Snack - Banana and Mixed Nuts
Dinner - Ham, Fresh Green Beans, Carrotts and a Boiled Egg
2 Omegaplex and Water

Great Day, Ready to workout again tomorrow!
