Exercise - What's Your Method

The last 2 weeks have been busy and I have missed several trips to the gym..but NO EXCUSES.  Today I woke up early and did Wii Fit Plus.  Shana walked 4 miles through our neighborhood.

We all can find time to get exercise.  Please share what your favorite or must successful workout is.
