Day 15 and 16 Log

Been away from the blog.

Ran 3 miles on Tuesday!  Getting back to running on Tuesdays and Thursdays and adding a long run on Saturdays.

Today I did not have time to do my workout.  Busy day and I slept too late.

Feeling great, I have not weighed in a couple days.  I feel like I'm down 10 lbs.  Need to practice a litle self control and work hard to get to 15lbs.  I do not have a specific number I have to hit but I do like to set goals.  I lost 15 on my first challenge a year ago and it would be awesome to reach that number again.
