Day 2

Woke up at 4:50am and had a Fruit Punch Spark, 3 Catalyst, and 1 Thermoplus
Ran 3 miles in 27:28 with neighbor.  First Run in 6 Weeks!
Can you 24 Stretch Workout.
Fiber Drink
30 mins later - Orange Cream Shake and 2 Omegaplex
9:30am - Snack - Mandarin Orange and Almonds
Lunch - Grilled Tilapia, veggies, a little brown rice - Did not eat a single tortilla chip that was at the table!
2:30pm - 3 Catalyst, Spark 15 minutes later Mandarin Orange and Almonds
Dinner - Pork Chops, Carrotts, Zucchini - followed by a few Sweet and Salty nuts...Cheat
Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets
