24 Day Challenge #4

Today is Day 1 of our 4th 24 Day Challenge.  Since we started I have lost 50 lbs and Shana has lost 25 lbs. We have made a huge change in our daily choices and we have developed new habits.  The 24 Day Challenge is a game changer.  In my mind it is not a diet but a change in how we operate.  It is superior nutrition and it teaches you the right way to eat.

I did not blog my 3rd challenge but I am going to blog this time.  My original goal was to lose 60 lbs.  I am almost there but the last 10 are a little more difficult than the first 50.  I am confident I will meet my goal.  With the help of my lovely wife and the support of my friends nothing will stop me.  And just for the record, if you think you can't get out and run or participate in a bootcamp, think again.  I started slowly doing Wi Fit just stepping and light workouts.  Now I can run 3-4 miles and participate in an AWESOME bootcamp 3 mornings per week.  If I can do it, YOU CAN TOO!!!!
