Day 4 log

Got up early to run and started with a Fruit Punch SparkHydrate and 3 Catalyst
Ran 3.4 Miles at an 8:45/min pace
Followed the Run with a Pro20Took Probiotic Restore
Breakfast Orange Cream Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
Mid AM Snack - Banana
Lunch - Grilled Chicken Nuggets and a fruit cup from Chik-Fil-A
Mid Afternoon Snack - 3 Catalyst and a Mango Strawberry Spark and Almonds
Dinner - Steak, Spinach Salad and Corn followed by 2 Omegaplex
Before Bed I will take the Herbal Cleanse Tablets.
