Day 1 Log

Woke up at 5:15am - Spark and 3 Catalyst
5:30am - Ran 5 miles with friends in Pearson Farms
7:15am Fiber Drink
7:55am Dark Chocolate - Vegetarian Formula Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex
9:30am - 2 hard boiled eggs followed by an Apple at 10am
12pm - Spinach Salad with Chicken, grapes, oranges, egg, almonds, strawberries, and raspberry vinigarrette.
2:30pm 3 Catalyst, Watermelon Spark, and almonds
5:45pm - Dinner - steak, grilled tomatoes, grilled zucchini, and grilled golden zucchini. Water and 2 Omegaplex
I've had at least 100 oz of water today.
About to do 100 situps and 100 pushups.
3 Catalyst after the situps and pushups
Bedtime - 3 Herbal Cleanse tablets
