Well, here we go. I stepped on the scale for the first time in over a month. I don't know how much of the added weight is muscle but the weight is up. That's okay it is about to get eliminated!

Left Thigh - 21"
Right Thigh - 20"
Left Calf - 15.5"
Right Calf - 15.5"
Got up, ran 5 miles, the Fiber Drink is down and I am ready to get started!
