Weekend Log - Day 6 and 7 - Updated

Saturday
Woke up and had Probiotic Restore, Catalyst and Spark
Breakfast - Dark Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and Omegaplex
Morning Snack - Fruit Samples at Dallas Farmers Market
Lunch - Orange, Strawberries and Blueberries
PM Snack - 3 Catalyst, Spark, and Almonds
Dinner - Steak, Squash, Golden Zucchini, a hard boiled egg, and Omegaplex
              Shana baked a Poblano Pepper Stuffed with Black Beans, Chicken, Onions, Corn, and Garlic
              She also made guac with homemade mango salsa
Night time Snack - Almonds and I had an Arginine Extreme
100 sit ups and 100 push ups
Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Sunday
Woke up and had Probiotic Restore, Catalyst, and Spark
Breakfast - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and Omegaplex
AM Snack - Banana
Lunch - Spinach Sweet Crisp Salad at Corner Bakery
PM Snack - I'll have a Fruit Punch Spark, Almonds, and 3 Catalyst
Did my 100 push ups and 100 sit ups
Walked 1.72 miles with Ethan in the drizzle.
Dinner - Chicken Chili, Special Clean eating recipe that Shana found, 2 Omegaplex
Will take Herbal Cleanse and Catalyst tonight
