Day 8 Log

Got up at 5:15am
Had a Spark and 3 Catalyst at 5:30am
5:45am - Ran 3.2 miles in the rain
7am - ProBiotic Restore
7:15am - Fiber Drink
8:15am - Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake ad 2 Omegaplex
10:00am - Orange and Almonds
12:30pm - Lunch Chik-Fil-A drive thru - Grilled Chicken Nuggets and a fruit Cup
3:00pm - 3 Catalyst, Fruit Punch Spark, AdvoCare Raw bar
5:00pm - Special Recipe Meatballs.  Message Shana or myself to get the recipe. Green Beans, Salad 2 Omegaplex
100 Crunches and 100 push ups
3 Catalyst before bed
