Day 4

5:45am - 3 Catalyst and Mango Strawberry Spark
Bootcamp - 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, squats and weights
7:15am - Probiotic Restore and Water. No Fiber Drink today.
7:45am - Breakfast, meal replacement shake


10:00am - Peach and Almonds
12:00pm - 3 Catalyst, 1 Thermoplus
12:30pm - A piece of Sausage, Spinach Salad
3:00pm - Fruit Punch Spark, 3 Catalyst, Apple and a Boiled Egg.
5:30pm - Italian Chicken, green beans, and spinach salad. After dinner I had 5 Chocolate covered pretzels.
10:00pm - Herbal Cleanse Tablets and Nighttime Recovery
