When you set the alarm for 5:15pm you might not wake up at 5:15am. Ha! Oh well, it sure felt good to sleep in. As a bonus Ethan is at the grandparents so Shana and I got to go for a walk.
We woke up, had 3 Catalyst and a Mandarin Orange Spark!
Walked 3.5 miles in 1 hour.
Got home and had my Fiber Drink! Won't be taking the Fiber drink again until Day 8!
HINT: Always make sure you follow the fiber drink with a couple glasses of water!
9am - Breakfast was my Dark Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake and 2 Omegaplex.
Late morning Snack: 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and a banana
11:15 - Late Snack - 2 Hard Boiled Eggs and a Banana
1pm - Lunch at a BBQ place in Dallas - Turkey, Lean Brisket, Green Beans, and pickles
4:30pm - 3 catalyst and Watermelon Spark, Almonds
We had a PCA event at Hawaiian Falls so Dinner had to change.
At 5:30pm I had an Advocare Meal Replacement Bar
8:30pm I had a pack of Almonds
It is time to get my 100 Sit ups and 100 push ups done.
I'll follow that with 3 Catalyst and then my Herbal Cleanse Tablets.
