Day 2 - PM Log

Having a great day!  I am very pleased with the energy and that I am eating healthy foods.
  • Lunch - Steak Salad with Walden Farms No Sugar Ranch - Lettuce, Tomatoes, Steak                    Took 2 Omegaplex
  • Snack - SPARK, WATER and 30 mins later 2 rice plain cakes
  • Dinner - Italian Chicken - Chicken, Tomatoes and Garlic!  This was delicious, homemade by Shana.  Definitely a recipe we will include in our list of recipes.  Fresh Green Beans and Broccoli, 2 Omegaplex and Water
  • Bedtime - Herbal Cleanse Tablets
Great Day!  We are working on a great menu for use during the challenge!
